Two defendants were sentenced to prison Wednesday in the 100th Judicial District Court in Collingsworth County after violating the terms of their probation.

Two defendants were sentenced in separate cases in Collingsworth County following pleas entered in January and February 2026 in the 100th Judicial District Court.

The SBA is reminding small businesses and private nonprofit (PNP) organizations in Beckham County, Oklahoma, and Collingsworth and Wheeler Counties in Texas of the June 9 deadline to apply for low-interest federal disaster loans due to economic losses from the drought that began on August 13.
