Early voting begins Wednesday, October 30th, for voters in Oklahoma. Voters who will not be able to make it to the polls on Election Day have the option of voting early at their County Election Board.

Election officials say early voting is open to all voters, and no excuse is needed to vote early. Oklahoma allows early voting for all elections conducted by County Election Boards or the State Election Board, from school board and municipal elections to state and federal elections. This is a great option for those who will be out of town on Election Day or want to avoid long lines.

Early voting is available Wednesday, October 30th, Thursday, October 31st, and Friday, November 1st, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturday, November 2nd, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at local county election board offices. Officials remind voters that early voting is not available at polling locations.

Some voters may need assistance to vote due to blindness or visual impairment, physical disabilities, infirmities, or illiteracy. Such individuals may request an assistant or vote privately and independently using the ATI device attached to the voting equipment. Those requiring assistance should speak to their precinct official or contact their county election board directly for instructions.
