NFEC 87th Annual Meeting Set for Saturday in Sayre

Sayre, OK – Northfork Electric Cooperative members are invited to attend the cooperative’s 87th Annual Meeting this Saturday, August 15, at Sayre City Park.

Registration cards are arriving in the mail this week, and members are reminded to bring their registration card along with a photo ID. Registration begins at 9 a.m.

Members must be registered by 10 a.m. to be eligible for the grand prize drawing and must be present to win. This year’s grand prize is a John Deere Z545R 54-inch zero-turn mower. A runner-up will receive $1,000 cash.

Everyone who registers will receive a paring knife and NFEC cap.

The annual meeting will include plenty of activities for the entire family. Attendees can enjoy free swimming and mini golf, along with a barbecue lunch. Sons of the Sage will return to provide live western swing music during the event.

A Vendor Fair will also be held in conjunction with the annual meeting, coordinated by the Dust Bowl Days Festival Planning Committee.

NFEC encourages members to bring their registration cards, arrive early and enjoy a morning of food, entertainment and activities at Sayre City Park.
