STATE TOURNAMENT UNDERWAY 

The small schools state tournament started this morning with Class a on Center stage inside the Big House. The boys got going first. #1 Okarche remains unbeaten after pulverising Texoma 87-63. Rattan hammered Sterling 81-42. Okay got the best of Summit Christian 59-44. Caddo edged Cyril 50-47. The girls are starting their session right now. Tune in to paragontv or kool 94 to hear #4 Canute taking on #1 Seiling.  

We’ll have Class B on tap tomorrow. On the boys side the Hammon Warriors will take on Wilson Henryetta at 1:30. It’ll be a Highway 34 battle inside the Big House at 4:30 with Hammon taking on Leedey in girls action.  

THUNDER DEFEAT HOUSTON 

The Ok City Thunder continued their winning ways last night inside the Paycom Center. OKC struggled early but pulled away from the Rockets in the second half 137-128. SGA scorched the nets for 51 last night. It’s his 4th 50 point game this season. He has half of the 8 50 burgers in the league this season. OKC becomes only the 6th team in league history to win 50 before anyone else in their conference wins 40. The last team was the 2004-2005 Miami Heat. OK City will be off tonight before a trip to Memphis tomorrow. 

IRVING OUT FOR SEASON 

Just about a month after making the franchise altering Luka Doncic trade, the Dallas Mavericks suffered another huge blow. All Star guard Kyrie Irving tore his ACL last night and will be out for the rest of the season. Dallas has a plethora of injuries and will now have to get serious down the stretch in order to make the play in tournament
