Custer County, OK – A Marlow man was injured early Wednesday morning when his commercial vehicle rolled over on State Highway 54 in Custer County, about 11 miles south of Thomas, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Troopers said 25-year-old Paxton B. Suson was driving north on Highway 54 just south of 960 Road around 6:20 a.m. when his vehicle left the roadway to the right. The truck traveled about 300 feet before reentering the highway, rolling once, and then leaving the road to the left. The vehicle came to rest in the west ditch, with the trailer blocking the roadway.

Suson was injured in the crash but survived. No passengers were in the vehicle, and troopers confirmed he was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the collision.

Next of kin have been notified.
