Urgent and Ancillary Care Now Closer to Home With GPRMC’s New Sayre Clinic

The Penny News 778

Sayre, OK — Expanding access to health care for residents in western Oklahoma, Great Plains Regional Medical Center (GPRMC) today opened an urgent care and general medical clinic in Sayre, Okla.

Located at 1415 N Watts in Sayre, the clinic is open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and will provide a full range of urgent and routine care for patients of all ages, using cutting-edge technology and advanced medical and imaging services.

The Sayre clinic will be staffed by experienced nurse practitioners including Kelleena Duran, APRN; Michael Spieker, APRN; and Robyn Weston, APRN. The clinic’s extended weekday hours are designed to offer added flexibility for working families and individuals who need care without the long wait times of an emergency room.

We are committed to expanding high-quality, accessible care to the communities we serve,” said Corey Lively, GPRMC CEO. “Opening this clinic in Sayre helps us reach more families and individuals who need specialized medical services close to home.”

Sayre, the county seat of Beckham County, has been without advanced medical services for many years after the community’s hospital closed in 2016. As the most comprehensive health care provider in the western half of the state, GPRMC is expanding its presence to bring vital medical care closer to the residents it serves.

We work closely to complement family physicians who practice in the communities surrounding our hospital and are excited to offer these advanced medical services to the patients they serve with care and compassion,” said Lively.
