It's Halloween, which means little ghosts, goblins, princesses, and maybe even a clown or two will be wandering the neighborhoods looking for treats. Beckham County Sheriff Derek Manning offers tips to help ensure you and your trick-or-treater stay safe tonight.
With the recent uptick in the trafficking of illegal fentanyl, Sheriff Manning urges parents to be especially vigilant with the candy being collected this year.
