SoonerCare and SNAP Enrollment Event Coming to Elk City

Elk City, OK — Red Rock Behavioral Health Services is hosting a special outreach event on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at their Elk City Outpatient Office, located at 3080 W. 3rd Street.

In partnership with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, this event will offer local residents on-site access to crucial assistance programs including SoonerCare (Oklahoma Medicaid), SNAP benefits (food assistance), child care subsidies, and EBT card services. Oklahoma Human Services staff will be present to provide support and answer questions related to these programs.

A mobile assistance unit will be stationed at the location, helping streamline enrollment and services for those in need. This initiative is part of Red Rock Behavioral Health Services’ continued efforts to connect the community with vital health and human resources.
