Elk City, OK – Memorial Day may be the unofficial start of summer, but in Elk City, the good times are officially rolling.

Starting Friday Elk City turns up the heat on family fun. Ackley Park Events kick off with nightly excitement from 6 to 10 PM, running every day through July. Come August, the fun keeps going on Friday and Saturday nights. Bring the whole crew for rides on the train, a whirl on the carousel, and a round of adventure at the brand-new miniature golf course!

When it’s time to cool off, make a splash at Thunderbird Bay Aquatic Center — open Monday through Saturday from 11 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday from 1 to 7 PM. It’s your go-to summer spot from May 23 to August 1.

Whether you’re chasing thrills at Ackley Park or chilling poolside at Thunderbird Bay, Elk City is where summer memories are made.
