On Tuesday, January 14, four pleas took place in the 100th Judicial District Court in Childress County, Texas.
One of those pleas involved a Wellington, Texas man.
In a press release, it was announced that 21-year-old Winfred Dale Lenz Jr. was placed on two years probation for the second degree felony offense of attempted aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Lenz was also ordered to pay a $500 fine, $340 in court costs, complete 1300 hours of community service, and register as a sex offender. If his probation is adjudicated, Lenz faces up to 20 years in prison.
