Burns Flat, OK – The Oklahoma Space Industry Development Authority is seeking a new operator for The Greens Golf Course at Infinity One Oklahoma Spaceport in Burns Flat.

OSIDA has issued a request for proposals from qualified individuals or firms to manage, operate and maintain the nine-hole municipal golf course. The Greens is a par-36 course measuring approximately 3,283 yards and has served as a recreational facility for Washita County and western Oklahoma since it was built in 1957.

Under the proposal, the selected operator would oversee the clubhouse, tee-time scheduling and green-fee collection, along with maintenance of the greens, fairways, tee boxes, bunkers and irrigation system. The operator would also be responsible for golf carts and course maintenance equipment.

OSIDA is also asking applicants to provide plans for marketing and programming aimed at increasing play, hosting tournaments and offering junior golf or instructional programs.

Proposals must include the applicant's qualifications, operational plan, financial proposal and at least three professional references. OSIDA says the compensation arrangement could include a management fee, revenue-sharing agreement or lease-to-operate structure.

Electronic proposals are due by 5 p.m. Central on Oct. 31, 2026.
