Weatherford, OK – A Weatherford man was arrested Sept. 22 after being charged with two felony counts of child sexual abuse in Custer County District Court.

Rosswith Rolan Connor, 42, faces one count of child sexual abuse, a Class A3 felony, and one count of child sexual abuse, a Class A1 felony. Court records allege the offenses occurred between May and September 2026 and involved two minor children.

A probable cause affidavit filed in the case led to an arrest warrant being issued Sept. 16. The affidavit lists the underlying alleged offenses as first-degree rape and rape by instrumentation.

Connor's next court appearance is scheduled for Oct. 26.

The charges are allegations, and Connor is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
