Kansas Man Injured in Rollover Crash Near Custer City

Custer City, OK – A 29-year-old Kansas man was injured Tuesday evening in a single vehicle rollover crash northeast of Custer City, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at approximately 7:31 p.m. on July 14 at the intersection of State Highway 33 and County Road 920, about two miles northeast of Custer City in Custer County.

Troopers reported that Cameron D. Leslie, 29, of Bonner Springs, Kansas, was driving when his vehicle ran off the roadway to the right while in a broadside. The vehicle rolled approximately one-quarter turn, struck a fence and a tree, and came to rest on its driver's side.

Leslie was reported injured in the crash. No passengers were in the vehicle.

According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, a seat belt was not in use at the time of the collision. Leslie's next of kin has been notified.

The crash remains under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
