OBN Agents Shut Down Illegal Marijuana Operation in Arapaho

Arapaho, OK – On Monday, June 15, 2026, OBN's Marijuana Enforcement Teams (MET) served a Search Warrant at Yaqin Lin LLC. (10050 US Hwy 183) in Arapaho, Oklahoma.

"This Search Warrant is in reference to an ongoing investigation by our OBN MET Agents into illegal cultivation, using a 'straw ownership' scheme to acquire an OBN Registration, and moving marijuana onto the black market." ---OBN Spokesman Mark Woodward

OBN MET Agents seized 5,414 plants and 365.8 pounds of processed marijuana.

One person was arrested and booked into Custer County Jail for Manufacturing CDS, Trafficking CDS, and Possession of Drug Proceeds. Another individual at the location was taken into the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. More arrests are possible as this investigation moves forward.

Agencies assisting OBN MET Agents with the Search Warrant included the Custer County Sheriffs Office, Custer County Commissioner's Office, the District 2 Drug Task Force, and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement

OBN MET is an elite unit created in 2021 targeting domestic and transnational criminal organizations tied to black market marijuana trafficking, money laundering, and fraud within Oklahoma's marijuana program.

The OBN MET Unit has been recognized nationally for pioneering the model blueprint for criminal marijuana enforcement.

Since the inception of OBN MET, Oklahoma has moved from a peak of 8,400 farms operating with an active OBN Registration in 2022, down to 1,350 grows with an active OBN Registration, today.

Since 2021, OBN MET Agents have seized over 2.4 million illegal marijuana plants, more than 295,000 pounds of processed marijuana, and made over 400 arrests with additional arrests pending as many of these investigations remain ongoing.
