Elk City Police Seeking Public Assistance in Shooting Investigation Investigation Underway Following Panel Road Shooting

Elk City, OK – The Elk City Police Department is asking for the public's help as investigators work to identify and locate individuals involved in a shooting that occurred near Panel Road in Elk City.

According to information released by the department, the shooting took place during the early morning hours between Friday, May 29, and Saturday, May 30, 2026. Authorities have not released additional details about the incident but say the investigation remains active.

Investigators are requesting assistance from anyone who may have been in the area during the time of the shooting. Police are particularly interested in obtaining photographs, video footage, surveillance recordings, or eyewitness accounts that could provide information relevant to the case.

Officials emphasized that even seemingly minor details could prove valuable to investigators as they work to determine what occurred and identify those responsible.
