The Penny News 1313

Cheyenne, OK – A Warr Acres man has been arrested following an investigation into multiple fires in Roger Mills County earlier this year.

According to the Roger Mills County Sheriff’s Office, Nolan Chad Hayden Eagleston has been charged with three counts of third-degree arson, a Class C1 felony. The charges stem from three separate fires reported in early March 2026 west and northwest of Cheyenne.

Authorities say the investigation involved multiple agencies working together, including the United States Forest Service, the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Roger Mills County Emergency Management, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Warr Acres Police Department, and the District 2 Office of District Attorney Angela Marsee.

Officials have not released additional details about the fires or the extent of damage.

Eagleston is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
