Leedey Man Arrested in Roger Mills County on Sex Crime Allegations

Cheyenne, OK – A Leedey man has been arrested in Roger Mills County in connection with allegations involving the sexual assault of a child and violations related to sex offender registration.

According to the Roger Mills County Sheriff’s Office, Jonathan Marshal White, of Leedey, was taken into custody following an investigation into the reported incidents. Authorities say White is also facing charges for allegedly providing false or misleading information related to sex offender registration requirements.

The investigation was led by the Roger Mills County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Enid Police Department, Dewey County Sheriff’s Office, and child welfare investigators with the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

No additional details about the case have been released at this time.

White is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
