Motorcyclist Injured in Beckham County Rollover Crash

Beckham County, OK – A 45-year-old Arizona man was injured Tuesday evening in a motorcycle crash along Interstate 40 in Beckham County, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

The collision occurred at approximately 6:13 p.m. on April 14 on westbound I-40 near Exit 5.

Investigators say the driver, identified as Jake C. Allen of Miami, Arizona, was traveling eastbound on the interstate when his motorcycle departed the roadway to the left for unknown reasons. The motorcycle then rolled, ejecting Allen from the vehicle.

Allen sustained injuries in the crash but was not reported to be in fatal condition. He was the sole occupant of the motorcycle.

The cause of the collision remains under investigation by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Next of kin have been notified.
