SWOSU Awards 430+ Degrees Following Fall 2025 Semester

Weatherford, OK — Southwestern Oklahoma State University (SWOSU) awarded 434 degrees to 401 graduates following the Fall 2025 semester. The commencement ceremony took place in December at the Pioneer Event Center on the Weatherford campus and included students completing associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral programs.

The graduates represent a wide range of academic disciplines offered across SWOSU’s campuses in Weatherford, Sayre, and Yukon. Degree programs span health sciences, education, business, arts and sciences, and other professional fields that prepare students for careers throughout Oklahoma and beyond.

SWOSU’s academic environment emphasizes small class sizes, direct access to faculty, and practical learning experiences that support student success from enrollment through graduation. More than 100 undergraduate and graduate programs are available, allowing students to pursue diverse academic and career paths while receiving individualized support.
