Amazon Plans 30,000 Square Foot Delivery Station in Weatherford Industrial Park

The Penny News 1043

Weatherford, OK – Plans are moving forward for a new Amazon delivery facility in Weatherford, a development local leaders say will strengthen the area’s economy and create new employment opportunities.

The company will build a 30,000 square foot last mile delivery station in the Weatherford Industrial Park North, located near Interstate 40. The facility will play a role in Amazon’s national logistics system, supporting faster delivery service throughout western Oklahoma and nearby regions.

The Weatherford Industrial Trust, working with the City of Weatherford, finalized the sale of slightly more than 10 acres in the Industrial Trust North Park for the project. The agreement represents the first completed land sale within the park, signaling momentum for future business growth and investment.

Construction is slated to begin in early 2026. City officials view the project as a major milestone in expanding Weatherford’s industrial footprint and attracting additional development to the area.
