PUBLIC NOTICE TO BID - MIDWESTERN OKLAHOMA DEVELOPMENT (MODA) A PUBLIC TRUST, IS SEEKING BIDS FOR LABOR ONLY TO UPGRADE APPROXIMATELY 10 RESIDENTIAL UNITS located in Burns Flat, Oklahoma. POTENTIAL BIDDERS will upgrade bathrooms and kitchens along with specified electrical, paint, carpentry and plumbing. A full and detailed description of job specs will be available for pickup at the MODA office. Workman’s Comp and Liability INSURANCE certificates must accompany bid documents, along with a list of work-related references. All tools, equipment & supplies necessary for the completion of the specified work described in the specs will be PROVIDED BY THE CONTRACTOR. Materials such as wood, paint, flooring etc... will be FURNISHED BY MODA. SPECIFICATIONS CAN BE PICKED UP AT THE MODA OFFICE AT 228 S Highway 44, BURNS FLAT, OK, beginning September 24th through October 8th, 2026. Potential bidders will meet for a pre-bid meeting at the MODA Administrative office on Wednesday, October 14th, 2026 at 9:00 am. SEALED BIDS MUST BE IN THE MODA OFFICE NO LATER than Monday, October 19, 2026, by 3:00 PM. Bid packets will be opened on October 20, 2026.
