480 Acres of Kiowa County Farmland at Auction

A land auction featuring approximately 480 acres of Kiowa County farmland is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026. The Gary Leon Emmons and Sandra June Emmons property will be offered in three separate tracts of approximately 160 acres each.

Three Separate 160-Acre Land Tracts

The auction includes three Kiowa County properties. Tract 1 is the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 3 North, Range 18 WIM. Tract 2 is the SW 1/4 of Section 11, Township 3 North, Range 18 WIM. Tract 3 is the SW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 4 North, Range 18 WIM. Each tract consists of approximately 160 acres.
